In the interests of secure shipping, please only send us devices (ideally in the original box) if requested by one of our service employees. For return shipment, you will receive an RMA number from us or our customer service.
This service is part of the legal warranty and therefore free of charge. This does not include damage due to use and/or wear (e.g. battery). After the warranty expires, or for damage it doesn’t cover, we will send you a cost estimate.
